STATIC PASS BOX

A Static Pass Box is a key cleanroom device designed to safely transfer materials between two areas while preventing airborne cross-contamination and maintaining pressure balance. As its name suggests, its sole function is to pass materials from one side to the other without compromising cleanliness standards.
The built-in door interlocking mechanism ensures that only one door opens at a time—effectively preventing air exchange between two clean zones.

Static Pass Boxes are installed between cleanroom areas of the same grade and operate without any air supply or extraction. Also known as passive pass boxes, they commonly include UV light for added sterilization. They are widely referred to as:
